These two are super down to earth and easy to be around. From the first dish with incredible detail, beautiful dishes and a perfect flow, everything is perfection. Nick and Stephen, thank you for the amazing dinner last night! It was an incredible dining experience. So much fun! A great way to celebrate a milestone birthday. We never did anything like this before and you both exceeded our expectations. Each dish was a testament to your skill and passion. Your attention to detail is remarkable. We enjoyed hearing how you got into the farm to table movement, and where you source your ingredients. Being in the food industry, I know there is a lot of planning and prep work involved to execute a 6 course dinner in someone else's home and you made it look so easy and effortless.

“We met the Brothers through our Daughter Bianca. Her and her Husband own and operate a sour dough bread business NORD in Doylestown. They used them to cater their Christmas party. To this day I still haven’t had chicken as good as theirs. Over the years we became friends.
My wife and I just celebrated our 50th anniversary and our Daughters wanted to do something special for us. We had to leave our house for a while and when we got home we were met at the door by our daughters and glasses of champagne. The Brothers had the table set up for a dinner for four. The girls invited two of our best friends to have dinner with us.
The dinner was fantastic ,and they would explain every dish, and what local farm they got the ingredients from.

We had a lot to be grateful for this year and wanted to have a celebration with family for Thanksgiving. We had thirty one guests and not one missed the turkey. Having known their parents for sometime, hearing wonderful things about Steve & Nick and discovering their reputation for proudly putting out the most impressive meal experiences from many others, my wife and I took a shot at asking them if they would be comfortable with traveling all the way to Florida to cater our wedding - a refined yet elegant ceremony for 23, with a high expectation for excellence in every aspect. Stephen was excited and confident that he and Nicolas could pull off the challenge with gusto.
Their confidence was in every way warranted! Having been their first endeavor traveling such a distance and organizing their equipment and farm-to-table food sourcing from a new market area, Steve, Nick, and colleague Matt exceeded our high demands and put out a vast array of refined and exciting hors d’oeuvres and an unforgettable seven-course meal. We asked for a rustic side of Michelin Star presentation where Italian cuisine and Florida flavors meet! It’s like they read our minds; the menu they created and the meal they turned out was every bit of what we dreamed of and then some! They even put a cute and classy spin on 2 kids’ meals. Thanks to them, our guests experienced the best wedding food ever offered. The next morning, they also prepared a gorgeous brunch with elevated basics and everything made from scratch to order. The food and experience were surreal.
The greatest part of the experience was the unexpected friendship. With the stresses of coordinating a wedding, the boys put our minds at ease with an abundance of professionalism, kindness, laughter, and thoughfulness. Their communication was personal and effective and their presence was more like a brotherhood than a catering team.
We feel very lucky that they accepted the challenge to travel so far for us and remain impressed that they exceeded our very high expectations. We’re even more grateful to be able to call them friends.”

“So much care and love is put into a meal by the Servis brothers, the feeling is like a warm hug from your grandma’s house….if your grandma was a gourmet chef! Seven courses with every sauce and accoutrement meticulously prepared and plated. Every detail is accounted for in the absolute most delicious way, even the water they bring has been thought out and the finest available. (As a first generation European American I fully appreciate the importance of excellent water and one that can stand alone as a pairing with food.) They also take such care in procuring their ingredients from local sources and cooking with the season. Just a beautiful way to pay homage to our Earth and its bounty. Bonus they really bring everything needed! They set the table, bring linens, glasses, plates and bowls. There is nothing for you to do except sit back in the comfort of home and enjoy. We didn’t even get a sitter, which was so nice not to have worry about. They even clean up completely. I would definitely recommend this experience to my friends and family, I can’t wait to do it again! Thank you Steve & Nic!

My kitchen looked exactly the same when they left as when they arrived. Our table was set perfectly, they even brought fresh flowers. I absolutely love how they describe each dish when serving it. ““First off, I’ll start it with- holy shit what an experience. From beginning to end, so highly impressed with you two. It’s so awesome to watch two awesome people really achieve their dreams, and absolutely just be killing it. I know how hard it is, so give yourself a pat on the back, forreal.
As you know, working in a fine dining atmosphere for long, you tend to notice the “little things” that maybe somebody else may not. From back of house, to front of house duties, you guys were super on point with everything you did. From the explanations of what everything was, how it was made, to stories and your own personal experiences, to even down to just how to eat certain dishes. Top tier.
I joked that you guys have ruined food for me forever, because I truly don't think my taste buds will ever be that satisfied again haha. I wish I could have you as personal chefs for my every day life- breakfast, lunch & dinner…..and dessert.
Truly an experience that words can’t describe, so I’m not going to attempt much further- but 10/10 would do again, again & again. You guys are super rad dudes in every way, killing it in your careers and lives; it clearly runs in the family. And now, Steve, you have a little girlie pop to pass that legendary-ness off to.
